NOTE: This info is for items tagged from previous IN PERSON sales.

GOOD NEWS!!! Unless you want to change the price — you do NOT need to re-enter those items! Your previously printed tags will work at the upcoming in person sale!

These are the steps you should follow!

  1. Log in to your Seller Homepage

  2. Click on “MENU” for the dropdown and select “WORK WITH CONSIGNED INVENTORY”

  3. Find the 2nd Grey bar that says “INACTIVE INVENTORY” and click on that!

  4. This brings you to a screen labeled “ACTIVATE INACTIVE INVENTORY”. This page will show a listing of any previously tagged, unsold inventory.

  5. Sellers who have items from in person sales can click on the tab labeled “INVENTORY DELETE FUNCTIONS” and select the option “Delete All Sold"….it may say 0 items deleted, but just in case a sold item snuck onto the list, it will get cleared from here. (NOTE: Do NOT select the option to “Delete All Donated” — this will delete anything you marked for donation — including the items you have not previously sold).

  6. NEXT STEP - OPTION ONE: If you are 100% + CERTAIN everything you previously tagged is in your possession, previously tagged (tag attached) and ready to sell — you can select “ACTIVATE ALL ITEMS”

  7. NEXT STEP - OPTION TWO: Many of you sold items that were in our in person at our online sales. These two systems do not cross over and do not communicate with each other. You will need to go through the items in the list and select any that you will want to activate for the current sale. We suggest you look at the tags you previously printed and match them up with the item number in the list. Once you have done this, you will click on ‘ACTIVATE SELECTED ITEMS’.

  8. Once you have activated the items you want for the current sale, you should be left with a list of the items that you no longer have. You can now delete these items.

  9. WHY NOT ACTIVATE EVERYTHING EVEN IF I KNOW I DON’T HAVE IT ANY LONGER? Because we said so! (Ha! Total mom answer!!!!). Seriously — We (Later Gator) look at “Sell Through Rates” for each category of items at the sale. If you activate everything, we assume it is going to be at the sale. When it doesn’t sell, (because you didn’t bring it), it will mess up our numbers. It will also mess up YOUR numbers as we look at Sell Through Rates for each individual seller at the end of our sale. If you have a low sell through rate, we might not let you sell with us again (per your seller agreement). Sometimes, we reward sellers with extra high sell through rates! Trust us, you don’t want your numbers to be off because you activated stuff you don’t have!
