SELLER DROP OFF OPTIONS

DROP OFF DAY IS Tuesday, June 19.  After you register for our event, we will provide you with detailed instructions (what doors to use, etc.) 

SCHEDULED DROP OFFS 

  • Please allow time to bring your items into the sale location so your item check in can begin at your scheduled time.
  • Arrive with your items neatly hung and tagged.
  • Please have your items arranged in groups by size AND by item.  For example, if you have shirts that are sized S-XL and shirts with numerical sizing (2-22, etc.), please organize the letter sizing first and then start with the items with numerical sizing.  Follow the same organization for pants, skirts, dresses, jackets, etc.  
  • We will inspect your clothing to be sure it is properly hung & tagged.  We will also inspect for any damage (stains, holes, missing buttons, etc.).  Any items we find that do not pass sale inspection will be returned to you while you are waiting.  If we find items after drop-off that should not have been approved, we will set them aside for consignor pick-up or donate if applicable. 
  • Sellers will be responsible for placing their shoes, handbags, accessories & home decor on the selling floor in designated locations.  Our sale volunteers/staff will place the clothing on the sales floor.  
  • Sellers are responsible for taking their empty totes & boxes home with them after their drop off appointment as we do not have the space to store or dispose of these items for you. 
  • Sellers who are volunteering may not schedule their drop off appointment at the same time as the volunteer shift.  You may schedule your drop off and your volunteer time on the same day, but your drop off needs to be completed before your volunteer shift starts or schedule your drop off after your volunteer shift has ended.  

EXPRESS DROP OFF - Avoid waiting when you drop off your items!

  • If ALL of your items are marked as DONATE at the end of the sale, you can drop off your items during designated drop off times & without waiting for any inspections of items by Later Gator.  Items that do not pass inspection will be set aside for donation. 
  • Arrive with your items neatly hung and tagged.

  • Items will be set to the side to be inspected at a later time.
  • EXPRESS DROP OFF does NOT require a check-in appointment.  Please let us know when you arrive if you are participating in the Express Drop Off Program.  

SELLER PICK UP 

Sellers can choose to either pick up unsold items after the sale ends or donate them to a local charity of Later Gator's choosing.  Sellers who choose to pick up their unsold items will need to pick up on ***SATURDAY, June 23 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.  Items not picked up by that time will be sent for donation to our selected charity.

Sellers will need to bring totes/bins/boxes to pick up for your unsold items.  You will find your unsold items on the selling floor & check out with one of our sale volunteers prior to leaving with your unsold items.  

We will provide you with detailed instructions for pick up after you have registered.   

***We MIGHT need to stagger pick up times due to limited space at our selling location.  We will let you know soon & get a sign up schedule for you if this happens.
