KX NEWS featured us on their morning show, Good Day Dakota! We were excited to join Amber Schatz the rest of the morning crew in studio!
ND Blogger, "Dakotapam" wrote a great article about consigning with Later Gator Sales!
WE'RE TWO MOMS who wanted a better solution for selling awesome kids items we all have in our homes. We were tired of driving all over town to pick up items we were purchasing online and didn't always want to give out our home addresses for strangers to pick up items we were selling from our homes. Many of our friends didn't want to have rummage sales of their own and were looking for more control in pricing the items they wanted to sell. We wanted to create a solution for these problems and share that with caregivers in the Bismarck-Mandan area.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT Later Gator Kids Consignment Sales seeks to provide a friendly and safe environment for caregivers to sell and purchase your gently used kids items. We also seek to give back at each of our sales by working with charities within the state of North Dakota - donating admission fees from our Charity Night Events and donating unsold items at the end of each sale to a local thrift store.
JEN is a Bismarck native who attended St. Mary's Central High School & University of Mary. She and her husband, Bryan, have two children, a daughter and a son. They also have two cats who sometimes make appearances to visiting guests! Jen currently works full-time in the health insurance field and enjoys a flexible schedule. This gives her opportunities to do what she loves best: spending time with her family! She is an avid reader and started a book club about 8 years ago.
KRISTI is originally from St. Louis, Missouri. She is a graduate of Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska. Kristi and her husband, John, have two daughters and one "fur child", a black lab. After 18 years as a Lutheran School teacher and principal, she left the classroom to stay home with their daughters full time. Besides keeping up with her family, she enjoys cooking & baking and traveling. She is active in her MOPS group, church and helps with music at a local residential youth facility.
JEN & KRISTI met when we took an adoption class (along with our husbands) in the fall of 2011. We reconnected several months later after we began raising our newborn daughters who happen to be just a few weeks apart in age! We soon found that we had much more in common than our daughters! We both love shopping for bargains with coupons and at rummage sales! We hope you enjoy your Later Gator shopping and selling experience! Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or suggestions.
